Lydia Johnson, LE

A licensed holistic esthetician with over a decade of experience in all manner of modalities, including microneedling and dermaplaning, Lydia graduated from Aveda Institue in 2014.

Her skincare journey began as a teenager struggling with acne, which led her to discover the profound connection between skincare, bodywork, and the nervous system. To deepen her practice, she recently earned advanced training in massage therapy from East West College of the Healing Arts. She will be officially certified as a LMT in a matter of weeks!

Blending technical expertise with a restorative approach, Lydia’s incredible facials are informed by her training in deep tissue, Swedish, craniosacral, and Thai massage—nourishing the skin while promoting deep relaxation. Passionate about rest as a counterbalance to hustle culture, she creates a space where clients feel truly at home in their skin. She loves to help clients over come their struggles with acne.

Outside of work, Lydia enjoys movement, cooking, and exploring Portland’s vibrant food scene. Whether crafting nourishing meals or spending time outdoors with loved ones, she finds inspiration in creativity and connection.

Louise Queirolo, LE

Louise is a licensed holistic esthetician with three years of experience and a deep commitment to her clients. Her training and experience includes spa settings and a variety of skincare modalities She will soon be a licensed massage therapist, having recently graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts, where she focused on myofascial release and craniosacral therapy, bringing advanced and subtle bodywork skills to the treatment room.

Louise is the most conscientious person we've ever met—an incredible listener who brings loving kindness, depth, and true presence to every treatment. For Louise, being an esthetician is about connection and care. She finds meaning in supporting others, offering treatments that nurture both the skin and the soul. To be a client under her care is to feel truly seen and cared for, and she is attuned to every detail that elevates a facial.

To her, a facial is an act of loving kindness—a time to receive, to rest, and to return to yourself through breath and stillness.

Outside the treatment room, Louise enjoys being in nature with her dogs, friends, and family. She’s been practicing jiu jitsu for seven years; she's like, really strong.

Jessi Slavich, LE, LMT, founder

Jessi specializes in well-aging for clients who prefer a natural approach over Botox or fillers. With years of experience as a facialist and bodyworker, she wholeheartedly believes that stress, stagnation, and neglect—not time itself—are what age us. She is known for her transcendent, slow, and intuitive treatments.

Her training includes neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, cupping, gua sha, manual lymphatic drainage, and unembalmed human cadaver dissection through the Upledger Institute. She is also a certified flower essence practitioner, having trained with Ruth Toledo Altschuler through Flower Essence Services in 2023.

As a certified mental health peer support specialist, Jessi brings a trauma-informed approach to her work, creating a deeply supportive and attuned space for healing. She holds dual B.A. degrees in Black Studies and Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies, which inform her work deeply. She loves record shopping, karaoke, and is often told she laughs too loudly.
